I called Aviya to inquire about repairing the tension springs that broke that day. They were able to get someone out to me the very next morning. Shawn was at my house at precisely the time requested. He viewed the repair needed, suggested additional fixes such as new rollers and then broke down the entire cost of the job in great detail. He completed the work in 45 to 60 minutes. The garage door now opens and closes perfectly but is now whisper quiet!! Shawn was AWESOME!!! Great personality and work ethic. He understands that more so than completing the work with precision, taking care of the customer is just as important. I HIGHLY recommend Aviya to everyone and will be using them again in the future for our families homes.
